A massage therapist you feel safe with is important. <BR/><BR/>The body holds trauma memories in muscle & other tissue. Triggers which we may not even be aware of when they happen, can elicit the kind of travelling or random pain you're talking about. Massage helps the body process traumas on a deep level & release them. It can take some time, but that's part of it too. The great part is, the body won't release until you're emotionally ready to deal with it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
